Steve Giroux has promoted more than 100 black belts. His daughter Mady was one of them, then became the youngest Norris Cup winner in history. Now the two of them teach your child, on the same mat where she grew up.

After A Few Weeks

Why Giroux Bros.
The Giroux family has run a Chuck Norris System school since 1999. That means your child learns from the people who wrote the record, not people who read about it.
Steve Giroux is an 8th Degree Black Belt with over 40 years of training. He won the Norris Cup in 1999, 2010 and 2011 and sits on the UFAF Board of Directors, where Chuck Norris's own organization trusts him to train other instructors.
Mady Giroux came up through these same kids classes. At 18 she became the youngest person ever to win the Norris Cup. When she tells your child that hard work pays off, she is speaking from experience.
Taught By Champions
An 8th degree black belt and a Norris Cup grand champion run the floor. Every class.
Focus That Transfers
Belt requirements teach kids to lock in on one thing until it's finished. Teachers notice.
Real Self-Defense
Chun Kuk Do, the Chuck Norris System, taught properly at a pace a child can absorb.
Patient, Yet Firm
The words a Giroux parent used. Firm enough to give direction, kind enough that kids come back.
Respect, Every Class
Bowing in, "yes sir," eyes on the instructor. Manners get practiced like kicks.
Goals They Can See
Every stripe and belt is a win they earned. Kids learn that effort turns into results.
Bow In
Line up, bow in, eyes on the instructor. Respect starts before the first kick.
Warm Up & Conditioning
Stretching, footwork and movement games that build coordination without feeling like PE.
Technique
Stances, blocks, strikes and kicks from the Chuck Norris System, broken down step by step.
Drills & Pads
Partner work and pad drills so kids feel what a real technique lands like.
Life Skill & Bow Out
A short talk on focus, respect or perseverance, then a bow out. Parents hear about it in the car.

A Safe Place To Start
Technique Before Contact
Kids learn control first. Contact comes gradually, with gear, once fundamentals are solid.
Grouped By Age And Size
Nobody trains with someone twice their weight. Classes are matched so every child can succeed.
Family Run, Family Watched
The Giroux family is on the floor. You're welcome to watch every minute.

More than 100 Giroux students have stood in that line. It starts with the first class.
Competition, If They Want It
The Giroux team travels to UFAF tournaments and brings medals home. Never required, always available.
Confidence That Carries Over
One mom put it simply: she's small for her age, but you would not know it.
Role Models Who Stay
Parents call Steve and his team wonderful role models in their kids' lives. That's the point.

Parents Are Amazed
"Steve Giroux and the whole team are kind, caring, professional, and very talented. They have become wonderful role models in our daughter's life. She is not only learning an invaluable skill set to protect herself but also learning life lessons in perseverance, exercise, confidence, and self-control."
— The Kellogg Family
"Moving to Giroux Brothers from a different facility was a great choice for our son. Steve and his staff are patient, yet firm with the students, giving them the direction and guidance they need to grow."
— The Wrights
"She is small for her age, but you would not know it. She has learned a lot of discipline and has gained more self confidence that has carried over into the other areas of her life."
